Mick graduated from the Citadel in Charleston, SC and retired in 2009 after 38 years in the banking and mortgage banking industry. In 2007 he assisted his wife Jamie in starting Ross Garden Design.

Mick is a Master Gardener, Certified Horticulturist and avid woodworker. He handles plant diagnosis, builds garden accessories, and handles the accounting and financial matters of the business.
